A Proud Trandition Since 1908
Established in 1898, Granite Island Quarries Limited became W. R. Chandler Memorials Ltd. in 1906, and it has continued its operations proudly to this day.

With a staff of nine full-time workers, W. R. Chandler operates from spacious modernized premises at 39th and Fraser, not far from its former original stone plant on the Fraser River in South Vancouver. Its bright, sunlit building features a jade cutting room, a sandblasting room and two design centres. As well as local orders, Chandler Memorials regularly fills international orders for special monuments and memorials.
